Road work and asphalt patches began yesterday and will continue through the week. These repairs are essential to maintain our streets, and they will replace failing subbase and asphalt in several identified locations around town. Once completed, the streets will be prepared for a chip seal overlay treatment later this summer. Please use caution and expect to see crews out near Meadow Dr. and Russey Ave. today with brief delays and one lane alternating traffic. See the map for additional information on the locations. Thanks!

Unfortunately, a member of our community became a victim of this scam today. Even when you think you're doing everything right, you can fall prey to these scams! If they are pressuring you to act quickly and outside the normal payment options (i.e. by scanning a barcode), please disconnect and reach out to Xcel Energy directly. These crimes are very difficult to proceed with as the suspects are generally out of the country. Frustrating that they steal people's hard earned money. We are here if you need us.
