The Town Manager is an appointed position by the Town Council. The Town Manager of the Town of Parachute is Travis Elliott, and is in charge of the day-to-day operations including hiring and supervising Town staff.

The Town Manager works with the community to promote growth as well as solve problems within the Town. The Town Manager also coordinates intergovernmental agreements with other cities, school districts, regional groups, and other similar entities.
